Office Update
COVID-19 Announcement
On May 4th, Greenbrier Audiology will resume our normal business hours. For over 30 years, we have taken precautions to keep you safe, but due to COVID-19, our offices have implemented additional safety policies. Here’s what you need to know–
When you call to schedule an appointment
You will be asked a few health-related screening questions to ensure safety. Please know that we will be spacing appointments out to ensure an adequate amount of time for thorough disinfecting of patient areas. This may result in limited availability of appointments, so it may take longer than usual before your scheduled appointment. It is critical that you arrive on time for your appointment, as we must have time to adequately disinfect between each patient. If you are not able to keep your appointment time, please call the office to re-schedule.
Curbside Service
To better accommodate you, we are offering curbside service during all regular business hours. This means that the hearing aids may be dropped off–the staff will collect the hearing aids from you in a plastic bag, bring the hearing aids inside to be cleaned and checked, and then return the hearing aids to you in your car. The patient will remain in the car during this type of service. While it is highly recommended that you schedule an appointment for any service, curbside service does not require an appointment. Please know that we will care for our scheduled patients first.
When you arrive at the office for an appointment or for curbside service,
please call our office or knock on the door to let us know that you have arrived. One of our staff members will meet you outside. We are not utilizing the waiting room at this time. If your appointment involves a service that requires you to come inside, such as a hearing test, only the patient will be permitted in the building. We are not allowing additional family members, friends, or caregivers in the building at this time. The only exceptions to this are: 1. if the patient has a disability that requires their caregiver to assist them and 2. if the patient is a child. In these situations, only one caregiver/parent will be permitted to attend.
